Maybe this is my favourite place to stay in the whole world. Ban Krut is beautiful and relaxing and this family resort feels like my home. The family home is surrounded by bungalows scattered around the garden with all sorts of trees and flowers .They are the sweetest people and it is a short bicycle ride to 7/11, restaurants, cafes and the lovely beach. I especially liked the 2 ladies on the front deak. Always smiling and friendly. Same goes for the housekeeping staff. The owner is on site and obviously takes pride in his guesthouse. The pool was wonderful. The hotel is an interesting 15 minute walk from the action of soi 94, 5 minutes via an alley to Blueport mall, 15 minutes to the beach. I was lucky they had a vacancy so I changed rooms and paid a little more to be on a high floor on the north side of the building with a pool and mountain view. Money well spent. The high speed train runs by frequently and some seniors like to sit on their balconies and talk late into the night at the resort accross the alley but it's not a big deal, At this pricepoint I give Sky Villa 10/10.
