Featuring an infinity pool and views of pool, Jade cottages is a recently renovated guest house located in Koh Samui, 2 km from Bophut Beach. Beautiful property tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast was great with impeccable service from the staff. Food from the cafe (for dinner) was equally good. It really was the perfect stay to rest and rejuvenate.

Featuring a garden and views of mountain, Billion Views Khaosok Homestay is a recently renovated guest house set in Khao Sok, 20 km from Khao Sok. We absolutely loved Billion Views - the location takes your breath away. It’s a beautiful house and we had some great food, a lot of which was organic and grown at the homestay. Chompunut made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. She organised some fab days out - saw lots of monkeys bamboo rafting and bathed elephants in the sanctuary . Thankfully she was able to arrange our taxi when we were let down on the morning of departure. We made some new friends and the dogs were great fun too! We look forward to visiting again one day.

Well located, near grocery and restaurants. WiFi works good. Quiet in the night, good experience overall.

Set in Koh Tao, 1.2 km from Sairee Beach, Nawee GuestHouse Sairee offers accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking and a terrace. The owner of Nawee Guesthouse is a great man. He offers a service of renting scooters at the guesthouse, this was very nice. The last day of our stay, he even offered us a free taxi to the pier. Also, the rooms are good, not too big but fine and clean. We would definately recommend this accommodation.

Located 400 metres from Thong Nai Pan Noi, The Hill Village features free WiFi access and free private parking. Certain rooms have a seating area where you can relax. Legit. Absolutely worth it! Secluded bungalows, what a beautiful place. Value for money, I hope to be back soon. For the old/drunk/high, be WARY, the hills in this area as all have said, can be intimidating (Hill Village... nuff said) . Rest assured, the scooters available for hire are capable of toppling it all and are pristine. I wish I had more time to explore the immediate vicinity....

Boasting free bikes, Siri Guesthouse @ Surat Thani is set in Suratthani in the Surat Thani Province region, 14 km from Surat Thani Railway Station and 8.5 km from Surat Thani Rajabhat University. Wonderful host! Good location, next to the house is a good coffee shop and also some places to eat. Great place to stay in town. It smelled like flowers in the garden.

Khao Sok Holiday Resort features free WiFi in public areas. Offering fan rooms, the property is equipped with a tour desk and luggage storage. Each room features mountain views. I think this was one of the best accommodations during my whole trip! The friendliest owner and very nice bungalows. She went beyond to make everyone happy, booked our tour and bus for us and even managed to extend our although she was fully booked. You can have a very good and affordable breakfast in the morning. Next to the Holiday Resort there is a place for lunch or dinner. So the fact that you are staying a bit more outside the tourist centre is no problem (in fact we loved it).

Situated in Koh Tao and within 1.2 km of Mae Haad Beach, Amazing Inn Koh Tao has a terrace, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. It was a really nice Apartment-like vibe. A lot of space and a fridge and cooking opportunity provided. We would’ve stayed their our whole time in Koh Tao if we could have. You’re greeted by a really nice man who’d help us with any issues we had!

Set in Thongsala, 500 metres from Nai Wok Beach, Jungle Vibes offers accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking and a terrace. Host Toby is the Best! The community is very fun! Will come back.

Set in Suratthani, 12 km from Surat Thani Railway Station and 31 km from Surat Thani Rajabhat University, Aiem-Wilai Guesthouse offers spacious air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free... The main thing was - the very helpful and kind owners. They basically saved our trip to the next location as they drove us to the mini vans station. Thank you!
