Its very comfortable and clean villa. They have jacuzzi and swimming pool. My kids enjoyed thoroughly. Host is very helpful. They made our stay comfortable. Special thanks to Stavroula for helping us in entire journey. Owner also dropped us in his car to supermarket and also came back to pickup but we had our rental car by then. It’s advisable to have rental car. Villa is exactly as shown in pictures and view is breathtaking.

Can't say enough positive things about Arcana Villas, Neella and Anastasia. From waiting up until midnight to receive us when we arrived to delicious fresh breakfast every morning to helping my wife find medical attention when she had an unexpected medical event - simply the best part of our 4 week stay in Greece was our 6 days at Arcana. They even booked the events we wanted to participate in around town for us; including a yacht tour of the island which Anastasia managed to get upgraded for us from the originally booked sailboat tour. How we wish we could have stayed here longer. Indeed we will in the future!

Very good price to quality ratio for a group of 4. Fairly inexpensive, clean accommodation in a quiet part of the Akrotiri village with a great view on the rest of the island. Location is also great - about 10mins away from a bus stop to Fira/Red Beach. Also 10mins to few nearby restaurants and a market. Snoozie and Caldera beaches are within about 15mins walking distance. Red Beach could be reached on foot in about 30mins (or much quicker by bus). Host was great and offered assistance with renting out some transport and to answer any questions we might have. If you're not planning on walking a lot then having a car or atv rented out is a must. Especially for longer duration stay. We stayed for a week and didn't mind the walks ourselves, but it was tiring sometimes. On the other hand you get to hang out in a quiet part of the village and just enjoy the atmosphere and the views.

I spent 1 week in September with my family in this beautiful house. The view from the breakfast terrace as well as from the terrace with the grandiose whirlpool are sensational and hard to describe. We used the whirlpool every day and let the day end comfortably with wine / beer - wonderful! The house is fully equipped and nothing is missing . From our host we were provided with a generous starter pack (coffee, milk, eggs, cheese, honey, jam, biscuits, mineral water ..... and a very good wine 🙂 ..) welcomed. Our family loved this house, location and hospitality so much that we are already planning our next vacation. Theodosia and Serafim, the owners, welcomed us to their property, the house is brand new with everything you need for a luxury vacation! It is spotless, has towels, shampoo, full kitchen, air condition in all rooms and a refrigerator full of goodies that they make sure to refill daily. The view to the ocean is breathtaking and the pool is relaxing and fun. The fig tree outside as well as the tomatoes and grapes that we can pick ourselves were a big plus and the kids enjoyed having these fresh fruits as our pool snack. The cleaning lady is extremely nice and she made sure our house was always clean. Theodosia and Serafim were the best hosts. They constantly checked on us, made sure we have everything we need, advised on restaurants as well as helped us navigate around. We already miss them and hope to see them again in the near future. Great property, amazing location and best hosts!

First of all, the cave/ room is AMAZING, you just feel you are part of a sci-fi movie. If you are looking to relax and be chill, this is the PERFECT place. You won’t hear a noise and the beaches are really close by which they couldn’t be more beautiful. The town where the caves are located is really local and inexpensive. So if you want to have some real Greek town experience, this is the perfect place. Also I visited in October and weather was perfect for the cave.

Amazing property with an amazing view. It’s not very accessible by foot so you definitely need a car if you want to wander around. We didn’t have one because we planned on staying at the villa but for different trips the owner was kind enough to arrange transportation for us. It was a bit windy half our stay but there are 2 hot tubs at the ground floor and the wind is not so bad there. It’s fully equipped, very modern and it has a great vibe, also the sunset is amazing viewed from the pool or top floor.

The Villa is in a quiet location, very clean, the private pool is amazing, the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is topped up every day, the villa gets cleaned regularly. This was by far the best holiday I’ve ever had.

Bed down stairs was very comfortable. Everything works: TV, microwave, coffee machine, water boiler, fridge A/C. The balcony downstairs has a wire to hang your bathing suits to dry. It’s a calm quiet place. Breakfast is brought to the villa. Transport to and from airport.
