The apartment is spacious and sunny. The balcony wraps around two sides of the building and is accessible from two of the bedrooms as well as from the sitting room. It's wonderful to wake up, walk onto the balcony and take in that marvelous view. The open plan kitchen has an induction stove that is quite easy to figure out, I appreciated the fact that the kitchen was so well supplied. I like to cook, even on vacation. The bathroom has a nice shower, the beds were comfy, and the location is very convenient, being a short walk from the train station.

The apartment is very comfortable and beautiful with all the equipment you need for a wonderful holiday! Francisca is a truly thoughtful and caring host. She was very helpful and made us feel very special and welcomed in La Spezia. She even organised a baby bed, some toys and a high chair for our one year old daughter, who absolutely loved the apartment. She answered our questions immediately and was always available for the best tips. We were even picked up and taken back to the train station which was so helpful with a toddler and lots of luggage. An amazing host and we miss her already! Thank you Francisca❤️ we hope to see you soon again!
