Vincenzo the host is a true Italian man, and treated you like family. The room and balcony were nice with an extraordinary view, and it was covered. We didn't use the upstairs terrace since it was a little stormy during the two days. The TV had old school remote, all in Italian, but Emily Blunt and Tom Cruise still look great speaking Italian. I'm sure there was an HDMI hook up, but I forgot my cable. There was an option for street parking, but instead we took the option of the pay lot with a gate and combo lock. Extremely convenient to many restaurant and grocery choices within a block, and Vincenzo had great recommendations. The washer was awesome, and a way to hang shirts on the protected balcony without visually imposing. We used the park and ride at the stadium to get into the main town.

WE had lovely stay at the property and Teresa is an amazing host. She was ready to offer extra support every time we needed and she picked us from the train station. The house quite big and was very clean.The place is surrounded by mountains and the pool was a bonus. Definitely recommended
