First and foremost, the entire property was carpeted, providing a safe and worry-free environment for children to run, play, and even tumble around. We were at ease knowing that they could freely enjoy themselves without any concerns of getting hurt. Additionally, having a private hot spring bath like a family bath was a delightful bonus. It was comfortable and spacious enough for all of us to relax and enjoy the hot springs together. The kids absolutely loved it, and it added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. Furthermore, the fact that the rental was exclusively ours allowed us to enjoy our time without worrying about the noise or disturbances caused by our children. It provided us with a sense of privacy and freedom that made our trip even more enjoyable.

We enjoyed the facilities including the onsen indoor and outdoor bath. The kids enjoyed the pool even though it was not heated. The appliances in the kitchen were top notch, and the covered terrace with grill was a great space to gather for dinner. We ordered the half board plan which came with plenty of food for our group to grill for dinner and breakfast ingredients. It was nice to not have to food shop or go into town for dinner. My nephews thought the villa was the best part of the trip to Hakone! If you needed anything there is a convenience store within walking distance.

The property was able to fit 10 of us comfortably. We love the layout and design of the unit especially the spa inside one of the bathroom, perfect for winter! We were so impressed with the customer service. We accidentally left a suitcase behind and the host went beyond to help us send it to our next destination in Osaka. Highly recommended!

The onsen is small but very cute. The owner is so kind to upgrade our room to a bigger one with bathroom. The room is very big, and clean. We also like the sitting area on the ground floor where we are can enjoy our dinner bought from 7-11 nearby. All facilities are very clean.

The decor is tasteful and everything was very clean. A very comfortable and spacious bed. The staff were so friendly. I asked for help hiring luggage delivery and they did everything for me. I feel at home. Wonderful stay. I Will definitely stay here again if i ever go back to Hakone.

Plenty of room for about maximum 6-8 people, even though it says it could fit 10, I think that would be to many. Two showers, two toilets seperated from bathrooms, and a fantastic indoor "traditional" japanese bath. There is an outdoor bath one too but we didn't even try it. It is holiday rental style but they have remote reception who you can speak to via supplied tablet if you have problems. We had to have the kettle changed.A TFamily with young children
