The apartment was so clean and cosy. Ruth is amazing and we met some of her lovely friends during our stay. A very warm welcome indeed. The property has everything you need. The Barton Annexe is a self-catering studio accommodation situated in the village of East Lydford, 10 km from Somerton, 13 km from Glastonbury and 12.8 km from Street. We were met by the host, Jan who was very welcoming and pleasant as was her husband, Paul and the dog, Sammy who we met later. The accommodation is perfect, well furnished and equipped, very clean, quiet neighborhood, easy parking and in a great location for exploring the delights of Somerset and surrounds. We just loved everything about it so would certainly recommend it. We self cater so cannot comment about the local pubs but we are sure they can also be recommended.
