Huge, very clean room with all the amenities: fridge, chairs, desk, bottled water, pool towels, hair dryer, TV, etc. The pool and the relaxing area around it was lovely - not only very clean but also lots of birds flying in the garden in the early evening. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in my 4 weeks in Sri Lanka - huge fruit plate followed by eggs and even French toast. Highly recommend.

It was a lovely property nestled in its own land with a lovely garden. The property itself had easy check and Morgan, our caretaker, was very kind and attentive to our needs and privacy. It overlooks the beachfront and has a lovely view from the 2nd floor. They had arranged us a nice bench with a table for us to sit on and enjoy our meals with. Hot water was great too. You cannot swim on the beach although a short walk away, you are greeted with lovely views. The staircase and roof area needs a little work which they had promised to finish.
