I really liked living here. Very comfortably, the house has everything you need for life. A fairly quiet place near the crowdy and noisy center of Kotor. But the main thing is the owners! Very nice and friendly people. Always ready to help in any situation. And this is the most important thing in a foreign country in my opinion.

My stay at this Boka Bay villa was a serene retreat, with its tranquil setting and proximity to the sea offering unmatched peace. The garden barbecue was a delightful highlight, complemented by the refreshing shade of palm trees. This villa seamlessly blends relaxation, nature, and luxury, making it an ideal choice for a family holiday. We could park in our own private yard and were just a few meters from the seashore. Checkin and checkout were really smooth, and the host did his best to provide us with all the information and comforts.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, sea view and a balcony, Boka horizont is situated in Kotor. Sandra’s house was exceptional. Her house is one of the best properties that we have stayed in during our 10 years of holidaying in Montenegro. The property is new and the facilities are modern. The supplies were also plentiful and kitchen well equipped. There is a washing machine, clothes rack, iron and ironing board, so you can comfortably have a long stay. Sandra was thoughtful enough to supply a selection of brand new kids toys and games for the family. The balcony and garden area was perfect for sitting and looking at the view with your morning coffee, lunch or evening drinks. The view looks down to the coast and you can see Tivat airport. The noise from the airport didn’t bother us, as take off and landing is very swift and during our stay not too many flights. The other side you can see views of the mountains, Kotor cable car and over to Lovcen. There is a brand new pool that is shared with the other 2 houses but we were lucky enough to have it all to ourselves on the two occasions that we used it. There are lounge chairs and an outdoor shower for convenience. We briefly met the neighbours and they are lovely friendly people. Sandra was very helpful with sorting out our registration papers and also very hospitable leaving us wine, snacks and fruit. She kindly helped us with some shopping too as we were arriving on a national holiday and she knew we wouldn’t have access to the supermarkets.

Right in the centre of Kotor, situated within a short distance of Kotor Beach and Kotor Clock Tower, Vincenza Apartment offers free WiFi, air conditioning and household amenities such as a microwave... Beautiful apartment in the Old Town of Kotor away from the noisy crowds. The place was equipped with everything that you need for the vacation and air conditioning in every room. Vincenca was extremely nice and helpful, a fantastic host. Would come back again definitely.
