Offering mountain views, Parrots`Village in Rabo de Peixe offers accommodation, water sports facilities, free bikes, a garden and barbecue facilities. In winter season : a lot of towels and bath robes, A/C with drying function, smart TV, spacious, very confortable beds, lot of equipements, good blinds, welcome basket, parking places inside the "village" . We didn't test but there were a Jacuzzi and a BBQ with wood.

For example, a wooden ceiling, a vintage closet and a real stove next to a concrete loft-style floor. Towels and bedding were really clean. Cleaning was done daily. You don't have to wash the dishes. The most amazing thing is that you will have fresh bread every morning before you wake up! And Alexandra, the owner, is constantly in touch. She is a caring, kind and unique woman who will solve any issue. This place, probably, will not suit those who are used to vacationing in hotels. A lot off people, music, everyone relaxes by the pool, the staff walks around. And for those who wants that everything will be at their fingertips. You have to drive to the supermarket, restaurants, too. About 5-10 minutes by car. For the rest of us, this place is absolutely worth it! Highly recommended!!

The gardens surrounding the accomodations were just gorgeous, the staff was super friendly and helpful and we had everything we needed in the accomodation. The accomodation is also between 10 and 30minutes drive from all the places you want to see on Sao Miguel, just perfect. Probably one of the best stays I've had ever.
