VERY friendly staff, super warm and welcoming to our dog. Onsen was great as was the restaurant which we ate at one night. In a lovely area of yatsugatake, plenty to see and do in this area. We enjoyed hiking, eating fresh fruits and drinking Uchu beer which is a short walk down the hill. Highly recommended.
