He also gave us a ride when he saw us walking around town. **He also rents out an extra vehicle on the property at a reduced price compared to the rental car company in town.** Make sure to let him know ahead of time the days you want to rent it, so that other guests don’t beat you to the punch. Daily breakfast is provided - eggs and bacon or sausage. There are 2 shared bathrooms with hot shower. Fairly stocked kitchen to make your own meals. We plan to stay here again the next time we come to Churchill. Much better value and experience than staying in the town hotels.

The rooms are big and comfortable as are the bathrooms and the location is close to eveything in town. Roy is an excellent host and was extremely helpful in resolving some issues for me.

This is a very unique property that feels a bit like a little resort in the middle of Winnipeg. We had the king suite which was very pleasant and nice to have a private door to the patio area as well as a private bath. Everything was very clean and well maintained.
