Villa del Sole Garni is located in Ponte Tresa, a 20-minute walk from Lake Lugano. It offers accommodation with kitchenettes and terraces, overlooking Monte di Varese and Malcantone. Everything was amazing. Our hosts were very friendly and kind. Beautiful and clean room with a great terrace. Homemade confiture that was served with breakfast from fruit grown on the property was the best I’ve ever had.

Only a few steps away from the shore of Lake Lugano, this historic, 16th-century villa is 2 km from the centre of Lugano. Such a gem from the minute we stepped in, we felt so cozy and welcomed by the host. Beautiful design and interior. And the host Kristina was exceptional!!

The host shared some tips with us about what to visit in Lugano and where to eat. Grazie mille, mi è piaciuto molto. The area is quiet at night.
