The place is decorated with taste and the rooms are very comfortable, despite their smaller size. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of great places to taste local delicacies in the town.

The bathrooms were excellent - it was winter and the hotel had installed a hot air blow in the shower cubicle. It was so clean and very nicely arranged. Even the room slippers were of good quality. Towels were thick. The reception staff (Rong Rong and Lulu) were so helpful and kind. They paid attention to our needs and could recommend places to eat and best sites in Hangzhou to visit. My mother in law had a fall and they went with us to the clinic to see that she was attended to well.
