We loved our stay at Bella Homestay. I travelled with two friends and we each had our own very well appointed ensuite room. We could - and did - also use the shared balcony, which was lovely for sitting outside in the evenings. There a nice touches like the bookcase from which you can borrow books, and there's also a good outdoor area outside. The homestay had organised our transport to and from Alleppey, and our driver (Vahid) was excellent - also showing us interesting sights. Sunita also organised our day trip on a Shikara (boat) - also excellent. The homestay is well located. It was hot and though we walked into town one of the days, a tuk-tuk was cheap for our return journey. Breakfasts were delicious, and the staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Straight away we all decided we'd definitely go back!

Located a 12-minute from the beach and main market area, The Mayflower Heritage Villa is a cosy homestay nestled in a quiet and convenient part of Alleppey. The room was basic yet spacious and clean, and the welcome drinks and complimentary breakfast were a lovely touch. By far, the highlight of our stay was the exceptional hospitality of Susan - she truly went above and beyond to help us make the most of our time in Alleppy - from organizing boat tours to even helping us locate some special chai to take home with us.

Sithara Homestay Fort Cochin er et nyrenoveret homestay i Cochin, 400 m fra Fort Kochi-stranden. Der er have og udsigt over en stille gade. Harry and his wife Mercy were excellent hosts. We had a fantastic time on our stay here, location close to everything.

Impeccably clean and bright room, great location near everything in Varkala, quiet and peaceful (no honking nearby) and kind staff! Highlight was the helpfulness of the staff: the owner personally took me to the train station the day I left to help me with the tickets. One of my favorite accommodations of India so far!

The location was easily accessible (I took the bus from Allepey and you can request it to stop right in front of the hostel) The room was clean with a big window for ventilation. The 8 bedroom dorm has 2 bathrooms which is great! They provide a blanket, towel and there is handwash and body wash as well. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. A wide variety and really tasty. Food is great too and very reasonably priced. The hostel itself has beautiful views, a pool table, jacuzzi and Carrom board on the upper level. The service was also amazing. Jerry is a great host and helped me organise trips as well as helped ask my bus driver to stop in front of the hostel on the day I left to Kochi! I highly recommend staying here, I would easily come back!
