Situated in Shimanto-cho, EkimaehouseSamaru is a recently renovated accommodation, 13 km from Kaiyodo Hobby Museum Shimanto and 24 km from Monjudo Temple. The guesthouse and the neighborhood are amazing. The owner is one of the nicest and warmest people I have met. The bed was even nicer than that of a much more expensive ryokan. The train ride to the guesthouse was scenic, the location of the accommodation is perfect, the eateries nearby are all good. The place itself was spotless with a really nice shower room. Everything was perfect. I can't recommend it enough.

Situated in Konan in the Kochi region, Guesthouse Suisennosato features a garden. Very nice accommodation, very friendly and helpful owner. With Google Tranlator communication was easy. Very tasty dinner and breakfast. Quiet location, good to relax on the pilgrimage.

Located a 12-minute walk or a 3-minute bus ride from JR Kochi Station north exit, Katsuo Guest House offers Japanese-style dormitory rooms with air conditioning. The guest house is very comfortable and welcoming! It is located near bus station and around 10mins walk to Kochi train station, so it is very convenient. The common area and rooms are maintained well (very new) and very clean. Most importantly, the staffs and owners are very friendly and kind! I had enjoyed my four nights stay here a lot and meet many great people! :) Highly recommend to travellers who visit Kochi!

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace, Washi Studio Kamikoya is located in Yusuhara. It's the highlight of this trip to Japan. We enjoyed the paper making experience, the place and property. Dinner is not provided but you can bring your own food/meat to BBQ in the gorgeous outdoor kitchen. Very peaceful and beautiful location. Surrounded by mountains, trees and seas of clouds. The night sky was the most beautiful we have seen in our lives. Yancy was a very nice and friendly host.

Located in the mountains surrounded by nature, Guesthouse En is located in Ochi at an elevation od 400 metres. The property features a garden and offers luggage storage space. The environment is extremely nice. In the morning you can see the mist on the mountain top.

Situated within 24 km of Daizen-ji Temple and 24 km of Nishihama Park, Haruno Guesthouse provides rooms with air conditioning and a shared bathroom in Tosa. Very friendly host, nice room and a great shared living room, where I spent a nice evening with fellow travelers.
