The guest house provides city views, a sun terrace and a 24-hour front desk. Jaya is the best host! Very friendly and kind, gave us many tips on Kandy and other issues in Sri Lanka. The room was clean and very modern, great shower, amazing view, close to the lake (10 minutes walk). A huge breakfast at the balcony, very tasty!

The room was spacious and clean, beds the most comfortable we ever had in Sri Lanka. They served delicious breakfast as well. Thank you for such an amazing service!

Jaga and family made my stay great! They treated me to an excellent dinner and breakfast and were very kind and helpful. I’m lucky to have met them and stayed at their home, which has a beautiful view and is clean and comfortable. The beds even have mosquito nets! Great stay. One of the best I’ve ever stayed at.

Our first stay in Sri Lanka was at this cozy villa, and it made our holiday start on a high note. The place is super comfy, set in a peaceful oasis. Although it's a bit far from the city center and takes a 15-minute tuk-tuk ride to get there, this is actually an advantage as it offers a quiet escape from the busy city. The food at Villa Rosa is absolutely delicious (the best we've tried in Sri Lanka actually). Our room was clean and comfortable, with a big terrace and amazing views. And of course a biiig thank you to the super professional and friendly staff :)
