Don’t hesitate to order a Sri Lankan breakfast — it’s delicious! Also I would like to mention the exciting jungle tour we had with Saman and his friends. Saman organizes unique tours — you start at one entrance and exit from another one, so you don’t go one way twice. During the tour he tells you a lot of interesting things about the nature and animals around you. Even though 14 km through the jungle can be challenging, it’s an exciting experience! Casa Mira Boutique Villa mempunyai kolam renang outdoor, taman, lounge bersama, dan teras di Mirissa. Lovely room with great bathroom, air con and nice area to sit outside. The communal pool area was also really well kept and often quiet. A short tuk tuk ride to Mirissa beach but Turtle beach was walkable if you wanted. The hosts were very attentive and welcoming and always responded to our needs.

The staff and the location are absolutely amazing. Sahan and Avisa are the most helpful and caring hosts you can wish for. We had quite some requests (as we were traveling with our 11 months old baby) and they really went the extra mile, to make us feel at home. Rooms are basic but have everything one needs. The garden and the beach house are breathtaking and super relaxing. Position is 10 mins walk from Hiriketyia bay and it was simply perfect! Away from the noise but at walking distance from the surf. The fact that there was a kitchen available was ideal for us, as we needed to prepare some meals for the baby.
