Situated within 4.1 km of Demodara Nine Arch Bridge and 48 km of Hakgala Botanical Garden, Namara Green Ella features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Ella. One of the best places we stayed in all of Sri Lanka. The best host who is kind, communicative, attentive, and a great conversationalist. Facilities are brand new and felt like home. The room was big and spacious, the bed was super comfortable, the air conditioning was great, the balcony overlooking the mountains was a sight to behold. Room was spotless clean. Sri Lankan breakfast and tea was excellent everyday. Location feels private and secluded even though town is just a 5 minute tuktuk ride away. Highly recommended.

First and foremost, this property's location is just outstanding. felt like I was in my own private oasis, nestled among lush greenery with great mountains views. The tranquil settings provided the ideal setting for relaxation and unwinding from the stresses of daily life.

Holly House Homestay, a property with a garden, is located in Ella, 48 km from Hakgala Botanical Garden, 49 km from Horton Plains National Park, as well as 500 metres from Ella Spice Garden. One of my best accommodations in Sri Lanka. If you want to have a real homestay experience, I highly recommend Holly House Homestay. Renuka and Deveka are such a lovely couple - they are very kind and caring. I only spent 2 nights with them, but they gave me good tips to go around the area during my short stay. Their little boy Imeth is adorable and smart! He’s learning English in pre-school, so you can talk to him in English.

Located in Ella, Secret View Homestay Ella offers 4-star accommodation with private balconies. This homestay provides free private parking, free shuttle service and free WiFi. The most amazing sunrise view in Sri Lanka! Sleeping with waterfall sounds was great! Pancakes at breakfast were delicious. Very friendly and helpful staff! Helped with all issues we asked. Really recommended!

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Rainbow Sky Cottage is a recently renovated homestay located in Ella, 6.5 km from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge. This is a wonderful place to be. Fantastic natural environment, we had moneys in the trees just in front of our bungalow and watched them for an hour or so. Some fireflies at night, fantastic scenery of mountains and forest. The place is some 50 meters right above the railway, so you see all the trains passing by. Plus and above all, the family who runs the hostel is so nice and friendly. The parents of the owner don’t speak much English, still it’s worth communicating, as they are lovely people. The meals the mother was cooking were incredible, just huge! Could never finish them, also of great variety and not too spicy, just extraordinary, really the best in four weeks of traveling. Also the owner took us for a tour and arranged transportation for a fair price. The place is about 30 minutes walking distance from town but walking along the train tracks through a beautiful local area is an outstanding experience.

With lake views, Rock Grand View is situated in Ella and has a restaurant and a 24-hour front desk. With garden views, this accommodation provides a patio. Very comfortable and clean rooms with a balcony and a great view! Very attentive owner of the guesthouse and his brother, help with any questions, good breakfast. Recommend this place if you want a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Located in Ella, 4.4 km from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge and 48 km from Hakgala Botanical Garden, Eminence ella provides spacious air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. What a beautiful stay on the top of the mountains. Our room was clean and overlooked the scenic mountains just as it was described. The bathroom was modern and had nice hot water. The patio area was perfect for breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and one of the best we've had in sri lanka. Host Aku was amazing. He checked in with us and communicated with us throughout and answered all our questions. Helped us get a tuktuk if we needed one cause of the rain. And helped us arrange a taxi back to Columbo. The location provided complimentary laundry service which was so helpful for us as we were traveling for a week. Highly recommend!

Avenra Cottage, a property with a garden and a terrace, is set in Ella, 1.5 km from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge, 49 km from Hakgala Botanical Garden, as well as 1.5 km from Little Adam's Peak. It was amazing. The most delicious breakfast. Everything was close, near to the nine arch bridge trail and also to the trail to little adams peak. The host was helpful and nice.

Situated 5.3 km from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge, New Farmers Paradise offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden and a shared lounge. The location of the place is just outside of the touristy center of Ella, providing wonderful escape and shelter in the paradisiac green fields own and actively cultivated by the owner. I felt I was at the visit in aunt, that’s the way I was looked after, welcomed, offered teas and snacks. The lady cooks incredible rice and curry everyone who stays there must try! I absolutely recommend this place to everyone who want to wake up to the sunset amongst mountains and green fields, sing of birds and peacocks. The atmosphere in the house is so nice that it make me instantly became friends with other visitors who I consider incredible people. Owner has wonderful personality that gathers people around, apart from running his farm, he enjoys the company of tourist and his approach is authentic and adds character to his place. In addition, his extremely knowledgeable about agriculture and willing to share his stories when asked.
