It was a pleasure staying there. I would recommend this place to everybody looking for clean and well located accommodation with excellent staff having a strong work ethic and a friendly attitude towards travelers. There is also good breakfast and a (really) hot shower.

Melissa and her husband were wonderful hosts, welcoming us onto their property with a tour of the grazing lands behind the hotel, introducing us to all their animals (friendly dogs, llamas, sheep, cattle, chickens, rabbits), and conversing with us throughout the evening. They gave us advice on our trip through Peru and seemed genuinely interested in our travels. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and secluded. They cooked dinner (15 soles, I think) and breakfast for us (2-3 soles pp) and both were delicious with farm fresh eggs.

We loved the staff, they were friendly, kind, communicative, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for us. They also spoke English very well, which is not common in Huaraz, so that made this stay a lot easier for us because we are not strong Spanish speakers. The rooms and the bathroom were clean. The location was quiet so we were able to sleep well. Hot water was available (the labels were incorrect but there was hot water nonetheless). We had good phone signal/reception and wifi was available. The hotel staff also booked our tours for us which helped make our trip smooth and easy. They also offered to make us breakfast for a small fee since we had to be up really early for our tours. This was such a pleasant stay, I highly recommend.

This is a very good place to stay, very good value. The breakfast served on the roof top area and the view was memorable. I would stay at this property again if I was in the area.

It is a nice, quiet residency from where you can go on trips/trekkings well-rested.

In addition, the room is very cozy and the beds are very comfortable, we slept like at home, the bathrooms are clean. The very rich breakfast we really enjoyed. Thank you. We will be back soon.
