The location was very central, exactly where you want to be if you are staying in Iquitos as a launching pad into the jungle. The view from the rooms are stunning. Nothing like waking up to the sunrise over the river. Chip was an excellent host and very helpful when it came to tips for what to do, where to go and what to expect for my jungle adventure.

Really recommend, check in close at 10:30 but due to bus from Lima being late they let me in at 2 AM , and let me stay in the room until 14:30 instead of 11 , very kind people , little house perfect for waiting for the boat ! Accommodation was very nice and cleanly, and the host was amazingly friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again. Also it was so close to the airport that I was able to walk there.

Had everything you need for the price I was very relaxed and content. 100% reccomend

The hostel is in a beautiful traditional house at about 1/2 hour walk from the center (beware of motortaxi drivers who will tell you all sorts of lies to convince you to go to another hotel of their choice so they can get a commission). The room, living room and kitchen are new and well organized and equipped. Sarisa is a wonderful host who will help you in any way and can advise you about tours in the jungle, etc.

Bed was so comfy, the shower was fantastic, it was quiet and clean... I needed that and I got that there. Also got great and helpful tips from the staff, very nice!
