Ricardo the owner was very helpful and did not make an issue when I arrived for check-in very late at 21:30 as I got carried away on the magnificent walk... The location is optimal for exploring the various attractions in Madeira for up to ~60 min. in any direction.

The location if you travel with car is best, the view is incredible ❤️ The hosta are very nice and helpful. Housenis very calm & peaceful. Perfect place to stay, beautiful view, you can serve yourself fresh fruit, eggs and vegetables from the garden, the owner is very kind and helpful, absolutely recommend this place :)

We could leave our luggage in the morning before check in and in the afternoon after check out without any problem, the guy who attended us was very nice and friendly. The building is very well located in the centre of Funchal and the price was perfect for this accommodation and the time of the year.

Honestly at first, I was a bit taken aback that there is no staff on site and that it was more of a house/Airbnb type than a hotel. However, it turned out to be AMAZING. I made this purchase DAY OF because of a very stressful last minute change to my trip, and this place was just what I needed to unwind and relax. Everything was super clean, and safe, and the facilities were just wonderful. I also talked with the cleaning lady the next day and she was super sweet. There were mango trees dropping fruit on the property, and all in all it was just magical. Free protected parking and everything. I felt completely safe there. There’s also a grocery store like a 5 min walk away if you want to go pick things up to cook (as well as many eateries).
