I was lucky to stay there 4 nights (3 in the studio and 1 in the appartment), it is really a beautifull place! The house is a museum in itself, you can feel that history took place in those rooms, the 'library' is incredible and the kitchen is a dream. Eduarda will give you lots of tips and advice on the island, and if you wish she will tell you the story of the house. You trully feel at home and in a cocoon within the city. The breakfasts are awsome (thank you Maria as well :) I'll be back for sure!!

The house is fairly close to the airport and Ponta Delgada. Would 100% recommend a stay at Jose’s guesthouse.

This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free WiFi. The guest house has family rooms. Convenient location in São Roque, 20-30 min walk to Ponta Delgada downtown. Around 10 min walk to grocery store and some restaurants. Studio is quite small, but comfortable, very clean and well equipped. Kitchen is nice for preparing basic meals. The terrace is fantastic, overlooking the ocean and gets a lot of sun. Pool towels are great to take with you to hot springs.

With mountain views, this accommodation offers a terrace. The guest house features family rooms. Great traditional house. Rodrigo was extremely accommodating with anything we needed as well as offering great advice re places to visit. We loved the art and books around the house. Thank you.

It was very clean and well equipped, free parking on the street. We could sleep every night very well it was very quiet! We would definitely come back

One of the best places we ever stayed in. Stylish, comfortable and all our wishes were fulfilled. Our host was most kind and helpful. The home made cakes and jam are delicious, we were pleasantly surprised almost every day.
