Everything was perfect. The rooms were very clean with plenty of room, the location couldn't have been any better - near plenty of things. The staff were truly amazing and so helpful with everything.

Built within an Austro-Hungarian Fortress, this hostel is of a high standard. Shared rooms were single non-bunk beds partitioned into two sets of two with a good sized ensuite with separate toilet, shower and vanity area alongside wardrobes and lockers as-well-as a desk. The staff were excellent and secure in-house bicycle storage is free and convenient. There are also elevators. For the price paid, all was well.

Location. You can get anywhere in Osijek by taxi for 4 to 5 eur price. Right across the street is shopping mall, another one 5 minute drive away, as well as congress centre. I was offered to choose bigger or smaller appartmant for the same price. As being alone, I choosed smaller one. Very nice bathroom and very comfortable double bed. TV in appt, and good wifi. Along hostel there is carwash, so you can come by car, go around and about with taxi and you will be leaving home with clean and washed car.
