The staff was suuuper awesome to us, friendly, and super accommodating. I had a friend Joong me on last minute, and so we decided to change to a 2 people bedroom, and they were able to change everything on a very last minute. They also helped us with parking options. It was great!! I would definitely stay there again, if I get back to Milano!
