Exceptionally clean. Great value. Really nice and helpful staff. Near everything. Hot water! Comfy beds. Well-equipped kitchen and large dining/social area. The social dinners are tasty, traditional Sicilian meals. Musical instrument nights are extra fun!

I’m really glad I found this stay during my time in Palermo! The bedrooms have plenty of space and places to leave your things. The beds themselves are comfortable and the view from the window was nice. The bathrooms are always clean and there was always hot water in the showers. I did laundry during my stay for only €3. The location is very central so it was easy to come and go, as well as make day trips from the bus/train station (less than a 10-minute walk). Some nights the staff would invite everyone to snack and enjoy wine together. It’s a small place with not so many guests, so it made the feeling more like a family gathering. I found it easy to make friends while staying here as everyone was solo traveling. The staff was friendly and they helped teach me a little Italian and made suggestions for what to visit. I really recommend! I was going to only stay in Palermo for 3 nights, but it turned into 8 nights since I loved the city so much and the hostel was so affordable and convenient.

Dinner!! They provide free dinner, which tastes amazing. I had one of the best pastas of my life. The staff is so friendly as well. I had to check out early, and they managed to check me out the night before and prepare my breakfast.

The location is great, near the center, bus just 2 min away. The host was soooo friendly, and all the rooms were well equipped. I loved it!
