This place is on my top 2 best hostels in Mexico. I loved everything. Staff is great. The facilities were always clean and they kinda look like you're in a Hotel. Comfy beds and big lockers with sockets in it. The pool was amazing. They rent bikes for 210 pesos.

Overall atmosphere was lovely - it's a beautiful property with a number of cozy common spaces to spend time in. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Friendly and helpful staff with lots of tips, was able to easily rent a bike from the hostel as well to explore Tulum (much cheaper than a taxi!)

Hostal Dona Lucha was a home away from home. The hostess Dani was so friendly and welcoming, she was helpful and knowledgeable. It was like visiting a relative. The shared room was comfortable and I slept well every night. No bed bugs but watch out for the mosquitoes. The bathrooms were always clean. The outdoor kitchen had everything I needed. The location is a short walk (10 minutes) from the ADO bus station. You need to walk through the sushi restaurant to get to the entrance. There are plenty of restaurants around and the Main Street is two short blocks north (where all the tourist shops and bars are). Dani or her colleagues can advise on cheaper restaurant options. The plunge pool was a perfect place to cool off.

A mes vaig haver de canviar dates, van canviar-mes les dates sense problema i em van retornar l import del resta quan la reserva ja no tenia rembolsament. El complexe es tranquil, sense sorolls, perfecte. Disposa dels elements necessaris per passar els pocs dies, paper de WC, oli, sal, sucre, tovalloles de bany i per la piscina… Gracies !!!!
