Perfect place to chill away from loud streets. Building is 2min walk from the beach. You can sit in the restaurant and work/relax even when you're not buying anything. Rooms are nice, there are lockers. We had a balcony. If possible, get a scooter to commut around.

海景青旅啊。我住的二楼的六人间，在自己的床位上都能看海！ 从二楼的房间也能看海！ 淋浴的热水，可以做到很热。中国人要洗热水澡。这个没有问题。 晚上睡觉。没有人吵。 因为青旅的餐吧在晚上九点就停止营业了。 所以喝酒的人最多喝到晚上十点。 没有凌晨通宵吵闹的情况。 青旅的接待在晚上九点也关门了。 到早上八点才开门办理退押金， 所以没有人凌晨入住或者要起床离开去机场。 这样整个夜晚是不会有人搞大动静。 出去玩很晚回来的人也很自觉，不会开灯。 整个氛围很好。 青旅靠马路一侧可以搭双条车。便宜，很方便。

Recently stayed at this hostel and had an amazing experience, everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. The owner(DK mama as we called her), she was so caring,helpful and super funny at the same time, literally made me feel like I was home while staying there. And the location was fantastic as well, a few minutes walk to Chawang beach and with 7-11 and many street vendors nearby, easily one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in Thailand! If you ever decide to visit Koh Samui, highly recommend staying at this hotel! DK1’s the best!

-perfect for a short stay in Ko Samui. -great host who takes care of everything, really kind and helpful -quite good location, easy to drive to all the places -hypermarket nearby for fresh food and fruits -well equipped small kitchen area to prepare meals -fridge to store the food -spacious room -comfortable beds with curtains for privacy -enough lockers and space around the bed to keep the belongings

Beautiful pool, awesome reggae bar especially if you like to smoke weed. The owner Chan was amazing and so fun. Super friendly staff and very fun environment.
