This hostel is an amazing place to stay! From the moment you arrive, you can feel the positive vibes. The location is perfect, situated in a safe neighborhood and close to attractions. All the facilities you need, although I was in a dorm room, with the capsule beds you have a lot of privacy and can relax whenever you want. Kitchen, fridge were also a big plus. Bathroom was huge. Complementary coffee. Artsy vibe. Location was great too, very close to bus stations and generally felt pretty safe on the streets nearby. But be careful if walking down towards tenderloin, on my bus ride back to the airport early morning looked extremely sketchy with homeless and drug addicts everywhere. But next to hostel was fine, just be careful. For the price and central location it's more than you can ask for. One of the best hostels I've stayed at.

What not to like? Great location, amazing place, friendly and super helpful staff. One of the best places in San Francisco. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is huge and the breakfast is fantastic. No to mention the great ballroom which is really cozy.

first of all was greeted by the owner, who was so lovely, made me feel very welcome, advised on how to best spend my few days in san francisco, gave me map, advise what to do and where not to go. The room was very clean, quiet and felt warm (in a good way). shared bathroom and toilet were very clean and not too many people sharing with. The hotel was 10 min walk to Union square and just slightly more to the closest train station (there direct train to the airport) so very easy commute.
