Situated in Auressio, a 20-minute ride from Locarno and 30 km from Lugano, Wild Valley Hostel - Villa Edera boasts a barbecue and terrace. Beautiful and relaxed place to rejuvenate. Ostello Scudellate MONTE GENEROSO features a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Scudellate. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. The view of the mountains is wonderful! The hostello is new so, everything is very clean. There are so many beautiful places to walk around or go by bike. Don’t miss the breakfast it was delicious and was prepared with wonderful care. We enjoyed a lot and decided to stay one more night. We totally recomend this experience.

El Youthhostel Lugano està ubicat enmig d'un gran jardí, a 3 km de Lugano. Beautiful surroundings, lovely pool and facilities. Room was ideal. Easy bus connection into Lugano, which was free with our booking.

The Hotel&Hostel Montarina occupies a historic Villa built around 1860, only 200 metres from the Lugano train station. Perfect terrasse! Tajea coffee or your breakfast there. Nice place, friendly professional staff, very practical placement. Just walk from train station. Do not use steps, just walk with your luggage alongside and after a little bit more up. easy with luggage.

Surrounded by a lush garden, the Youth Hostel Locarno is 1.5 km away from the train station and the Lake Maggiore. Excellent breakfast with a very good muesli, tasty bread and cheese. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Offering a ski school and a ski pass sales point, Casa di vacanza Giovanibosco is located in Bosco Gurin, 400 metres from Ski Lift Stafla. Very clean hostel. Also very quiet. The staff (especially Franco) is very kind-hearted.

Set in the historical city centre of Bellinzona, Youth Hostel Bellinzona is just 500 metres from The Three Castles of Bellinzona, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The hostel serves a buffet breakfast. it was a renewed boarding school, so it had some history and grandness. The room was really nice but I bet it becomes hotter with summer approaching. It was already next to the walls of the castle, so it was in a good position if you are planning to hike all the castles. The breakfast was amazing. Also, had to arrive later than checkin time, but the owner waited for me, which was very generous of him. also, super friendly!
