The lady working as manager had a native-speaker level of English proficiency as she came to China after living in Boston, US. She was so nice and tried to help me in every way. Its location is perfect as the bus station is only five minute walk away.

It's in a good location, on bus routes to the city centre and one of the train stations. I would definitely stay there again if/when I return to Guilin.

The hostess was sweet and came to pick us up from the train station - we weren’t expecting this and so it was a lovely touch. Right next to a small night market which has good food.
