I made a last minute booking and Ruth was really helpful in accommodating me and preparing a delicious lunch which I highly appreciated after the travelling and late time in the day. I slept in the shared room, which was very spacious, clean and the beds where really comfortable. The place is quite new and everything is neat and beautiful. I do recommend to get to know it when visiting Tayrona area.

Located in Guachaca, 15 minutes from Tayrona Park, Bohemia Beach offers accommodation, a restaurant, a swimming pool, a bar and a private beach area. There is free WiFi. Excellent place to relax outdoors. First class and comfortable facilities. Clean, well located and with plenty of spaces to meet people and chill. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast very complete and restaurant has really good options with fair prices. Highly recommended!

Posada Ecoturistica Palmares Del Rio is located in Guachaca, 41 km from Santa Marta and 38 km from Taganga. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free private parking is available on site. The family was very hospitable and the food was good. The river was beautiful and so was a nearby hike to a waterfall.

Isolated paradise up in the mountains, definitely worth the 40 minutes Moto taxi. The fact it's a sustainable, zero waste, permaculture project makes your stay so much more meaningful. The communal meals have a great vibe and the food it's is absolutely incredible. Beautiful little river beach and so many adorable animals - dogs, cats, pigs, Barbara the goat. Good activities to do as well: tubing, permaculture tour, trip to indigenous village. Other guests were so lovely as the place attracts great people. I kept extending my stay and ended up there for ten days. 10/10 would recommend.

Objekat Sierra Tayrona hostel, koji se nalazi u gradu El Zaino, na 47 km od znamenitosti Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino, nudi smeštaj sa vrtom, besplatnim privatnim parkingom, zajedničkim salonom i... The location was amazing. Next to the river & wildlife. The hut slept really good. Great mosquito protection. Great bed. Its almost you sleep outside but you got enough privacy. Simba the cat and Gardian the dog were really cute and the owner can cook very well. The keyword is tranquillo. Don’t expect much, expect nature and a really great night rest. Even if you love luxurious places you can love this place (ill do). We extended our stay for another day only to relax in the hostel and swim in the river. We used the jacuzzi. In the night you hear crickets and frogs singing and the sound of the river and sometimes you hear monkeys. It’s awesome. If you gonna eat. Don’t go to tiki hut as the pizza’s made us sick.
