The place was much nicer than we thought it would be. It was very comforable, spacious, and clean, and the common space was really homey. The location was great, quiet, but not too far from the city center. All around great!

Quietly located in Waldbronn, just 350 meters from the spa gardens. this family-run hotel features a restaurant, a garden and on-site bicycle rentals. Very good balance between price and what you get. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Located on the edge of a peaceful forest on the outskirts of Freiburg, this hostel features a breakfast buffet, table tennis facilities and a sun terrace. Römerhof tram stop is only 1 km away. I'm vegan, and as I informed the staff a couple of days before they gave me vegan cheese and vegan ham for breakfast. (And there were normally other vegan options, like muesli, jam, bread etc.). The location is very quiet.
