Not gonna lie, it has a very nice vibe 😁. Elevator is available and fast enough. Convenience store right beside it. Multi level parking lots just right across the building. Roughly 1 block away from the tram line, and 3 min walk to Odori park. Close enough to the nightlife in Susukino. Just excellent location. Coin washer + dryer works well and available 24h. There's also a separate section for women to shower and prep in the common area.
