I lived here for two months and I don't have any bad things to say, people are adorable, the space is super clean, really comfortable, the internet works perfectly for working, it is really easy to call here "Home". Thank you to everyone who supports me during my stay and make my trip to San Cris wonderful! I will be back soon :)

Posada del Abuelito Boutique Hostel is located in San Cristóbal de Las Casas’ town centre. Free Wi-Fi access is available and breakfast is included with the rate. Employees are very helpful and the place is super nice!! Also a good place to meet people. It's not a party hostel but very social. I travelled there together with my son as well.

Martha is the most welcoming, loveliest host I’ve ever had <3. The space and rooms are beautiful, every single part of the interior is done with care and eye for detail. Lots of plants, lots of wood, it all creates a luxury feeling but at hostel prices. Can recommend everyone to stay here.

The Coffee Bean Hostel features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in San Cristóbal de Las Casas. It’s a really nice place, I felt immediately at home. The beds are super comfortable, bathrooms are clean, staff is lovely and they offer free tea and coffee all day long. Breakfast is amazing as well :) Definitely a recommendation!!!!

Set in San Cristóbal de Las Casas, 3 km from San Cristobal Cathedral, Hostal Casa 4 Estaciones, CoLiving & Nature offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a... It was good to live in nature, with hummingbirds visiting every morning for breakfast. The breakfast is also really good, and different every day. Would have stayed longer if we had the time!

From all the hostels I visited in Mexico, this definitely is my favourite. It's perfectly located, the market is just around the corner and to the city center it's only a ten minute walk. With Daniel (the manager) and the volunteers the hostel feels like a little community. Also the dog is extremely well treated and always happy to be cuddled! The terrace has a stunning view and is perfect for yoga in the morning! Came back three times and it definitely wasn't the last time!
