Beds are very comfortable, and bathrooms are clean and large with plenty of hot water.

Very nice and welcoming staff: felt like coming home! Easy to organise Yoga, massage, surf lessons and surf board rental (+ free beach transfer for surfing). Nice guests and good vibes. I felt spoiled in this place and did not want to leave! Bike storage. Luggage storage.

Situated 300 m from Faro Marina, Casa da Madalena Backpackers backpackers features a rooftop terrace with views over the colourful marina and the historical rooftops and a 24-hour front desk reception... Tremendous atmosphere, which makes you to connect with other in a natural and warm way think it is possible not to connect, but whats the point of coming there in this case? One quitest moment: I arrived rather late and was about to have a dinner, but was really lazy to go anywhere. Somebody somehow sensed it and in a moment other travellers gave me some stuff which I concerted to a great dinner. It was really magical and unique. Also, superclose to the train and bus station, really chill roof terrase with the hammoks and party places are nearby (though it was quiet inside). 10/10, no doubts, hope to come there once again.

Perfect location for surfing in south and west coast, lovely hosts, great service and support for activities with recommendations

Offering a large terrace and a seasonal outdoor pool, The Lighthouse Hostel is located in Sagres. Free WiFi access is available. The nearest beach is 2 km away. Fantastic pool and outdoor area. Pizza night was brilliant as was morning yoga on the rooftop terrace. Staff were super helpful and it was great to be able to hire surf boards from the hostel.
