Situated in Chumphon, 12 km from Chumphon Railway Station, Bar Horizon Hostel features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Great place to come to to get off the beaten track, I booked on the way through from Koh Tao to Bangkok, ended up staying three nights. Run by a father-son team, they were excellent, took care of breakfast, scooter rental and taxi to the station. Nice quiet bar with locally crafted beers available. I stayed in the bedroom, with has lots of colourful lights for a good time :) P.S. did I mention they have dogs?
