My house is in Qeparo, one of the most beautiful tourist villages of the Albanian Riviera. My apartment is a new building of 2018, with new furniture, comfortable, full of sunlight, complete with all the necessary things to feel at home, but the same time near the sea. Perfect for families and couples. Located 500m from the village center and 800m from the beach (only 5’ min walking) gives you the possibility to have quick access in both directions. Nearby there are restaurants where you can try very traditional Albanian and Maditerranean tastes, bars and coffe next to the sea. But you can also enjoy home cooking and drink coffe or beer on the balcony with spectacular views of the sea and the olive field. My apartment is about 60m2 with new furniture. Wake up in a new apartment with lots of bright light, enjoy your breakfast in the bright living room and prepare to dive into the crystal waters of Ionian Sea. Living room with flat TV and comfortable sofa that turn into bed. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, electric kettle, sink, kitchen table & chairs, microwave etc. A bedroom with a queen size double bed and a single bed with new fresh ironed sheets and wardrobe.
