Offering magnificent views of the valley and the surrounding mountains, these new, modern and very comfortable chalet apartments are within easy walking distance of the center of Kaprun. Located close to the Schaufelberg/Maiskogel ski elevator and opposite the historic castle, Avenida Residenz an der Burg apartments are between 50 and 328 ft² in size and are suitable for up to 8 people.
