The flat is located in a quiet street called Davidgasse very close to the beautiful Heller Fabrik, a late-nineteenth-century brick building that​ used to be a candy factory. Nowadays the street is a nice emerging area with a lot of residential buildings, schools,​ and a beautiful park at Belgradplatz.
