Only a 10 minute drive to Vancouver Downtown, 15 minutes from the airport, 10 min walk to the skytrain, within walking distance of VanDusen Gardens and Queen Elizabeth Park. There is even a community center and shopping center all within a 15 minutes.

Close to Hillcrest Aquatic Centre one of the newest pools in Vancouver, in the same complex, there is an ice rink and fitness center.
