It consists of: - One master bedroom with a king-size bed, a private bathroom and a balcony - Two bedrooms with 2 single beds each - One bathroom and one guest bathroom - A spacious living room with a dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen isle - A terrace with a jacuzzi and seating area - A private pool with sun beds Kindly note that you will be handed one energy saving card attached to the apartment key upon check-in. Please remove it from the card holder once you are out of the apartment. **IMPORTANT**: We strive to ensure efficient energy consumption within our community, thus promoting sustainability and cost-effectiveness. As such, we kindly remind you of the normal electricity consumption limits outlined below: * Studio: 150 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 6 KWH. * 1 Bedroom: 200 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 8 KWH. * 2 Bedrooms: 250 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 10 KWH. * 3 Bedrooms: 375 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 15 KWH. * Villa: 500 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 20 KWH. Should your consumption exceed these limits, a charge of 0.4 EUR per extra KWH will be applied daily.
