🏡The house is located in a totally privileged place due to its proximity to the city (10 min, 6km), which means that you can enjoy both the house and the city and everything it offers. It also has several amenities such as a swimming pool, barbecue, paella, television, complete kitchenware or ping pong table. ❗With some neighbors around, but surrounded by nature, it offers tranquility and beautiful views. This also implies that noise must be respected during the day and especially at night. Therefore, parties in the house are not allowed. 🍽️At the entrance of the house is the living-dining room with fireplace, next to it is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and more. In this space is the full bathroom on the ground floor. 🛏️On the floor there are two bedrooms; one next to the living room with a double bed and two singles. And another one closer to the entrance, with a double and single bed. The upper floor is accessed via a spiral staircase and there is the other full bathroom and three bedrooms: two with a bunk bed and a double bed and another with a bunk bed, a double bed and a single bed. Outside is the covered summer kitchen, with a built-in barbecue and a large table with two benches. There is also a large covered room with a sofa, table, bar with refrigerator and freezer and a ping pong table. ☀️In the upper space is the pool from where you can enjoy the impressive environment that surrounds the home. Here we find an outdoor shower, table, chairs and sun loungers. In this area there is also another full bathroom.

❗The house is located in the village "Los Gámez", a very quiet area with around 299 inhabitants. This also implies that noise must be respected during the day and especially at night. Therefore, parties in the house are not allowed. 🌴Both the train station, the airport, the historic center and the beaches are just 20-25 minutes away. 🥩There are several restaurants serving typical food in the area called "Ventas" approximately 1km away. The nearest supermarket is 6km away.
