In residential building very quiet 1 bedroom apartment, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room. Very comfortable that can accommodate 2 people. Ideal to work (18 kilometers from the capital) to know the Island of Tenerife or to enjoy its festivities. It is a functional floor. Very bright, with FREE WI FI and parking space in the basement of the building. It has a double room with air conditioning, wardrobe and TV, a bathroom, a large kitchen, equipped with all appliances * NEW *; large fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, coffeemakers of various types, hair dryer, and a comfortable lounge with SMART TV 43 "LED and air conditioning.It is a very central apartment, ideal if you come from work or tourism.A few minutes walk you have the pedestrian shopping area and banks of the town.It is ideal to know Santa Cruz, La Laguna and also as a starting point to explore the rest of the island.
Our priority is that you feel comfortable that you do not have any setbacks that affect your rest and enjoy our home as I would like to be treated, we are normal people used to traveling and we know how to value the details that make the difference. On the 20th floor we have taken care of the details and we will be happy to host them ensuring that your stay is unforgettable and that you would always repeat with us, the luxury we offer is in good taste and careful attention. Very important to keep in mind: when you reserve our apartament you do it for a maximum of 2 PEOPLE, which means that it will not be allowed to host more people or that they are not in the REGISTRY TO THE POLICE AUTHORITIES that the law obliges us to perform at check-in.
La Villa Mariana de Candelaria is the most visited town of the Canary Islands where we offer you in a very quiet and very well located residential building, in front of the Rambla Los Menceyes for walking, with shopping center, supermarkets, bus stop, pharmacies and shops a few meters.
