Cozy and modern apartment of recent construction located in the neighborhood of Teatinos. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, a living room, an independent kitchen, a bathroom, 2 private parking spaces and an area with a community pool. The metro stop is right next to the building, making it an ideal apartment to visit the center and the different municipalities of Malaga. The community pool is open during the summer season. Although the apartment has capacity for 7 people, due to community regulations, only 6 people can be in the pool at the same time. "We inform you that the region you are visiting is experiencing a severe water drought; therefore, we cannot guarantee that the pool will be open on the specified dates. Prices have been calculated with the assumption that the pool will be closed, so the inability to enjoy this service will not entitle you to any compensation. If, on the day of your stay, you find the pool open, it will be an additional benefit that you can enjoy. This drought affects all the pools in southern Spain."

The neighborhood located next to the University Campus of the UMA and the City of Justice of Malaga, also has a wide range of restaurants and bars in the area, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies and a public hospital.
