Thank you for booking before coming to my place because other people may book before you. Come and enjoy an exclusive, comfortable house with trees 10 minutes from Besançon. The house is lively, spacious, bright and welcoming. You are 5 minutes from all shops and supermarkets. The region offers a multitude of activities, exceptional visits and cultural enrichment. (dinozoo park for children, the citadel and its zoo; the museum of time..) I have many leaflets on what to visit in the region.

Welcome to my single storey house in Montfaucon. Attention, the number of the House is 18B, it is visible on my green mailbox. As soon as you have booked, watch your booking email for the instructions that I send to everyone. Access from Besançon viotte station: T2 stop at pole chamars, then bus 81 or 82 stop at Montfaucon bas village. You will have access to 1 private room with lock for 2 people maximum and to common areas (bathroom, toilet, kitchen, dining room). The house has an equipped kitchen (crockery, oven, microwave, refrigerator) The house has wifi and the user must respect the hadopi law. Bus stop and bread store at 300m. Parties and birthdays are not permitted under any circumstances. It may happen that other rooms are occupied by other travelers (which is rare). In this case, when you are inside, if you lock the door with the key, it is important that the key does not remain on the door, because any other occupants will not be able to enter. During the period you have booked, you are required to properly close the doors and windows when you leave, in the event of theft, you will be held responsible if the house has remained open. By booking, you accept the house rules
