The apartment has been completely renovated recently. It is located in the heart of Cannes and in a popular area, it offers all modern comforts, this quiet apartment is in the center of all the must-see places and transport you need for your stay, whether for work or for holidays. For more information, search for "Les Arènes - Cannes" on Google. No smoking and no pets allowed. Center of Cannes and beaches: 12 minutes on foot Palais des Festivals: 15 minutes on foot Apartment : living room/equipped kitchen with 1 sofa-bed 140x190 and 1 sofa-bed 102x176 bathtub separate toilet bedroom with 160x200 bed 10m2 balcony. Extra 2-seater inflatable mattress in case the dimensions of the sofa bed are not enough. Wifi Internet, connected TV, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, hair dryer and straighteners, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher and all consumables for their use.
