In a family-friendly neighborhood, a 5-minute walk from Angers Saint-Laud train station, this newly renovated ground-floor T2 is perfect for exploring the city. It is located a 10-minute walk from the city center of Angers, also accessible by tram. The neighborhood is very commercial, vibrant, but quiet when night falls. Close to all amenities. You will be very comfortable thanks to the air conditioning and heating: plenty of attention if you need anything, you will feel at home.
We live 100 meters away and are completely willing to help and answer questions if needed. Whether in person, via email, or by phone, we will adapt to the means of communication that suits you best to ensure you have the best stay.
