Gairaut is a residential and green area, located on the heights of NICE, with 2very good restaurants at just 1 minute walk from the house. The villa is located 15 minutes from the city center, and 5 minutes from the highway (to Cannes, Monaco, St Tropez...), 5 minutes from the tram terminus, 20 minutes from Nice International Airport.
