A corridor to a living room (15m2) split in 2 spaces: a sleeping area (1 double bed 140x190) and a fully equipped kitchen area with 1 table, 4 chairs, 2 stools, mini oven, 2 hotplates, a refrigerator, a microwave, a raclette, a fondue, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and a TV... From this place, youhave access to a Balcony with a beautiful view of "le Mont Joly". A ski room is located in the basement of the residence. You will pick up and give back the keys at the conciergerie Montjoie (50 meters behind the residence) PAY ATTENTION ! Sheets are an additional cost. Towels are not provided. Possibility to rent at the concierge directly or bring yours. Board games, wifi and Netflix connexion are available in the apartment. Pets are not accepted. Please, smoking is tolerated on the balcony only. We ask you to clean the apartment when you leave it for future tenants.
